Govt puts 15 projects on list of large infrastructure projects

MOSCOW, May 11 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has added 15 projects to its list of large infrastructure projects with state participation, including reconstruction of parts of the M-4 Don Highway, construction and reconstruction of parts of the M-5 Urals Highway, the R-22 Caspian, the R-217 Caucasus and the M-7 Volga highways, the government said in a statement on May 8.

The list also includes construction of an oncological center in Tula and of a children’s hospital in Krasnogorsk.

Construction of two vessels of unrestricted navigation was put on the list.

The projects will be supervised to prevent corruption and raise efficiency of spending of budget and National Wealth Fund money.
